Matcha in Aruba, whisked at the beach

Our house favourite is the creamy oat milk iced matcha latte with a honey cinnamon cream top. We also pour it plain and hot, and you can swap in another alternative milk or add a syrup if you like it sweeter.

The truck stands at the Southbeach parking lot, a few minutes from the Palm Beach high-rise hotels and the beach entrances — an easy walk if you're staying nearby, and a short drive from Noord, Eagle Beach and Oranjestad.
